Studio-mate activity not at the studio:
Art for Life 2014 will be held September 13, 2014 at the Ohio History Center. A painting by illio studiomate Ryan Agnew, entitled Twilight from Trail Mound, will be among the many artworks donated by local and national artists to help support AIDS Resource Center Ohio and the much needed programs and services provided for our community. Supporting Art for Life 2014 allows AIDS Resource Center Ohio to continue the important work of providing medical care, pharmacy, comprehensive case management, housing, HIV testing & counseling, prevention education, linkage to care, education & advocacy in the community. 90% of funds raised go towards direct support services for those living with HIV/AIDS.

Sacred Shimmy - Advanced Tribal Belly Dance

This class is designed for the dancer with some mastery of Levels One & Two who feels ready to develop her dance into something greater. Teacher permission is required to attend.  Please contact with any inquiries.

Wake Up - Morning Meditation 

A small group will be bringing in the day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays through September with a 25-minute seated meditation and a short check in. Queer Yoga's Tuesday Tadasana

Queer Yoga is Columbus's first queer-focused yoga class that offers professional yoga instruction in a designated Safe(r) Space. We endeavor to cultivate an atmosphere of acceptance and community in all we do, from sun salutations to post-yoga snack time. Whether you are new to yoga, or you can complete a headstand without assistance, you will find something to challenge and deepen your practice.

Class fees are $6 for ALL participants. Everyone is welcome. Bring a mat.

In place of a service activity this month we are going to share food and discuss the global and local issues that are important to us today. Fuse Factory Open House

The Fuse Factory Electronic and Digital Arts Lab Open House will take place on Sunday, September 28 from 1-4 pm. Come hang out with Fuse Factory members, play with circuit blocks and contact mics, learn about the electronic and digital art forms we showcase, and find out what's in store for our 2014-2015 season!
