Whether you are new to yoga, or you can complete a headstand without assistance, you will find something to challenge and deepen your practice.

Yoga: 7-Week Chakra Series

Angela (graduate from the Yoga on High Teacher Training Institute)
will be teaching yoga flow with a focus on each chakra in sequence for seven weeks, all through March. No cost. Donations, warmly encouraged, will go towards props for the studio.

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm
Self Defense Workshop with Jose Reyes

March is the last month of a three month self defense workshop, using an easy to learn and retain self defense system. We give you the the tools to defend yourself if ever put in a situation where need be. We will also give you the confidence to properly use these tools in an unfortunate situation where self-defense applications would be needed. This class will work with de-escalation and basic self defense for the most common sort of attacks. We will be combining fitness and self-awareness, in a fun and safe environment. You will learn how to present yourself as neither a victim or a threat, you will learn positioning and displacement techniques (you don't have to be big and "strong" to defend yourself), you'll even get to learn some cool techniques from the German special forces. While hopefully we'll never be in need of drastic self-defense, we can at least have the proper tools to deal with some situations.

Drop ins $20.00

One month $75.00 (saves up to $25)

Complete three month program $200.00 (Saves up to $60)

See you Wednesday!
